What you can expect from me:

  • I am in your corner. I’m dedicated to helping you put the pieces together so you can create magnetic copy. You can expect me to encourage you to strive for your very best and keep moving toward your goals.
  • I will respond to your questions in which I am tagged in the Copy Camp Facebook group within 48 hours, Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm Central (barring US National holidays and June 15th).
  • I will provide open and honest feedback as well as the best advice available to help you reach your goals. In addition to listening and questioning, this may include brainstorming, providing tools and other inputs, or seeking, collating and providing input from others.
  • Feedback will come in the form of screen share video unless I find a written comment or other format would be more helpful.
  • You will have access to the course material for the life of the program, provided your payments are up to date.
  • I will update the course material in order to ensure you have access to the most up-to-date information.
  • At the end of Copy Camp, you will have an opportunity to submit your opt-in for me to share with my list. Your opt-in must be submitted by the 50th day after your enrollment. You’ll be sent an email at the end of Copy Camp outlining the details.
  • Should you require a refund, you’re welcome to submit for one if less than two weeks have passed from your purchase date. Submit an email request to Becky@BeckyLDuncan.com. Your initial payment will be returned in 6-8 weeks.
  • If illness or emergency prevents me from completing any of the above, I will make it up to you and then some. Luckily, I almost never get sick (knock on wood).

What is expected of you:

  • Have a website you are comfortable editing so you can post your new copy with ease!
  • Be committed to the process by contributing to discussions in the group forum in an open and honest manner.
  • Schedule your private sessions at a time that works well for you. You’re expected to show up on time with copy written for us to go over or questions that require coaching.
  • Be open to trying out new ideas, to having your assumptions tested and thinking challenged.
  • Put in the work. You’ll be expected to watch all lessons, complete each workbook, and spend time developing your writing.
  • Be active in the community forum – both in providing ideas and support and in asking for it.
  • Speak up if something is not working for you or if you have concerns. The quality of your success depends on the trust between us and the effort you put in.
  • Understand that any stop in pay will result in your removal from the program and access to its material.

Copy Camp Program Outline:

  • You’ll gain access to the Copy Camp course material as soon as you register and you are encouraged to work through the material at your own pace. Day 1 of your membership is the day you make your payment.
  • You’ll have 7 weeks (49 days) of access to the Copy Camp support. You can follow along the suggested timeline or submit the same sales page 28 times – it’s your time to use in the best way you see fit.
  • You are asked not to share the Copy Camp material with anyone. If you have found something to be very useful and think it will help your friend, encourage them to sign up for Copy Camp and mention that you referred them. If they use your name as a referral before they register, you’ll receive $75 as a “Thank you”. And also my undying love.
  • You are encouraged to join the group forum to meet other students and to ask questions and for advice to keep you on track.
  • If you have questions for which there is no lesson, you are encouraged to submit your suggestion for a new lesson addition. In fact, I’ll thank you heartily for it!
  • Bonus material may be provided to you during this program in the form of live examples, individual emails, personal assistance, or additional lessons or material. These are not required but often times very beneficial.
  • If you would like feedback in addition to our private sessions, you’re asked to create a new post in the Facebook group – and tag me in it – with your specific question clearly stated (“Is the opening statement strong enough?” will get you much better feedback than “Here’s my updated copy – can you please take a look?”). You are allowed to create one new post each business day to ask for feedback. BUT (loophole alert!) there’s no limit to how many questions you can ask in each post. If I have not yet responded, feel free to keep adding questions to it.
  • Please submit your copy either via the live link to where it lives on your site or to your Google Doc. I’m open to other formats providing I don’t need to download anything. Should you require feedback on a video or audio, please limit it to 5 minutes.
  • Please refrain from commenting on/leaving feedback on others’ posts unless they specifically ask for it.
  • You are in charge of booking your appointments. You will be given the link to do so once your payment is made. You must schedule all 7 sessions during your 7 weeks of membership in Copy Camp. You may book 2 back-to-back if you need to and none the next week. Just be sure to use them before your 49th day ends or they expire. Should you need to reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Failure to do so means your time will be forfeited. All private sessions will be held via Zoom and the recordings sent to you. You are encouraged to save the recordings – I will not be responsible for preserving them.
